Despite a small hiccup with the room availability, the reception staff at Silk Way Hotel in Aktau was quick to resolve the issue by offering me a deluxe suite at no extra cost. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was rich and tasty. The hotel also had a pool and fitness facilities, which were a great addition. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful photos of the Mangystau region displayed in the hallways. I had a great stay at Silk Way Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of the town, with easy access to transportation. the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. the friendly staff provides excellent service and tasty breakfast with freshly-baked pastries. Guests can enjoy free access to amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and bicycles for rent. the peaceful surroundings offer a relaxing view of the city and sea.
The availability of foreign card payment methods may be limited, resulting in some inconvenience.

The breakfast selection was great with made-to-order omelets and pastries. The hotel's location offered a quiet night's sleep away from the city center but still within a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
We experienced some difficulties with payment, as multiple POS machines were needed to process our international card. We also found that the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times, causing some frustration with connectivity.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the breakfast was amazing - freshly made omelettes and a variety of pastries to choose from. the location was perfect - close enough to walk to the town center but far enough to be away from the noise.
the mattress could have been softer, and there weren't any nearby bike rentals which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, the large and comfy rooms, the delicious and filling breakfast and the close proximity to the town center. Not far from the hotel, we were able to find a variety of restaurants to enjoy as well as access to transportation to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent facilities for guests, including a pool and fitness room, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Nothing, all great. This hotel provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay in this city.
